united house transforms NHS accommodation

Leading housing contractor and developer, United House has signed contracts to refurbish and redevelop NHS staff accommodation in London and Surrey. The projects with a combined value of £23m will see a transformation of living standards for hospital staff.
The projects consist of:- Redhill Hospital, Surrey – a 2-year, £7m contract to provide 220 new and refurbished bed-space accommodation. This was secured through a joint tender with A2 Housing Group.
- Royal Free Hospital, North London - a 4-year, £16m contract to provide 376 new and refurbished homes across 3 sites in North London. This was secured through a joint tender with Newlon Housing Trust.
