Having the right person in the right place, at the right time, is crucial to performance. Recruitment is particularly vital, due to our success-driven growth.
Upon successful appointment staff are invited to an introductory presentation that takes them through the information required to start at United House. Once on

board, staff attend a full induction day where they meet other new starters who have joined that month. The presentations ensure that staff get a good understanding of other areas of the business, as well as introductions to their new colleagues. They get an overview of the company and its history and can ask our Chief Executive any questions.
