united house group unveil new corporate branding
|
Leading housing contractor and developer, United House Group, will this month begin the roll-out of new branding that will modernise the company’s well-known flag logo (as seen left).
Originally designed in the 1970s, the United House logo has become one of the most widely recognised throughout the industry and can be found adorning hoardings, scaffolding, vans and hard hats across the south of England.
Since its inception, United House has expanded and diversified from a social housing refurbishment specialist to a Group which now incorporates a private residential development arm - Modern City Living, United House Solutions - an investment and funding division and United House Limited which specialises in the construction of new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes.
Jeffrey Adams, Chief Executive of United House Group believes the new logo represents the modernisation of the group as a whole and reflects the way it has changed and developed over the past forty years. He comments:
'We felt re-branding was a necessary exercise to bring our corporate image up to date, but also felt it was important not to change the logo altogether so that our recognisable flag motif remained a prominent feature in the new design.'
The new logo is rectangular rather than square as this shape will be more prominent and the flag design and text have been simplified to create a more contemporary look. The new branding will be rolled out across all its sites over the next 3 months starting with the replacement of the logo on all electronic communications.
