Jeffrey was an early and vociferous supporter of the Egan Report and of the changes it encouraged the industry to undertake. When Jeffrey became a Director in 1985, he was responsible for transforming United House from a specialist, heating contractor to the multi-million pound construction company it has become. Today the company leads both the PFI and Partnering sectors.

Colin joined United House in 2005 with more than 30 years' experience in social housing and private development. He spent 25 years with a leading housing contractor where he grew its social housing new build programme to 1000 units a year and took the company into health PFI.
Colin's all-round experience puts him in an ideal position to spearhead UHL's future growth.

Following his success as a senior banker, Andrew has responsibility for all Group funding and joint ventures and chairs our Partners PFI consortia.
Andrew is a highly creative and experienced financial engineer and has extensive knowledge of property, regeneration and PFI. His reputation in the City and with Central and Local Government significantly strengthens our abilities to finance a wide range of projects.

John has more than 20 years' development experience, the last sixteen of which have been with United House.
He has responsibility for MCL's planned growth and delivery through stand-alone schemes and joint ventures with public and private partners.
John's position reflects the important role played by MCL as a highly respected developer and a key player in mixed occupancy schemes.

Having begun his career with general building contractors, Paul joined UHL from the Housing Forum to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations.
With an expertise in making a success of long term working relationships, his remit extends to the development of all new client relationships.
Paul sits on the ppc2000 Steering Group and maintains close links with the Housing Forum.
