Head of Customer Services

Location: Swanley

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving continuous Customer Services improvements throughout the businee including the ongoing management of the Customer Services Strategy. With the support of the Customer Services team, this role will provide inspirational operational management and tactical awareness of the service lines delivered by United House for the client.

 

Please note this role is with our preffered suppliers, no additional agency support is required.
