Our award-winning computer package for refurbishment projects with residents in occupation enables us to plan, track and monitor the progress of our projects property by property and is used in major schemes including the Islington PFI, for which 2345 homes are individually

logged. Every day, around 500 updates are entered and immediately made available to all those involved with the project.
Flag Heating Design
FLAG Heating Design speeds-up and simplifies the design process used in heating projects. It is based around a revolutionary spreadsheet that calculates heat losses in the method required.
Defaults are created to speed-up data entry, including U values, common to each property such as walls and windows. Other factors are taken into account including air changes, room temperature and heat transmission values for different walls.
Our innovations have proved so successful that they are now being purchased by other companies.
