Stephen Halbert

Non Executive Chairman

Stephen was appointed Chairman of United House in April 2010. A senior corporate financier, Stephen has advised many of the UK's leading construction and property companies and was formerly CEO of a listed construction services group. Stephen is Deputy Chairman of property advisers GVA Grimley.

Jeffrey Adams

Group Chief Executive

Jeffrey was an early and vociferous supporter of the Egan Report and of the changes it encouraged the industry to undertake. When Jeffrey became a Director in 1985, he was responsible for transforming United House from a specialist, heating contractor to the multi-million pound construction company it has become. Today the company leads both the PFI and Partnering sectors.

Keith Allington

Managing Director - United House Limited

Keith joined United House in July 2010 with more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry; the last 20 years with another leading construction group of companies where he was a main board director. With a wealth of all-round experience and an impressive track record, his mixed-use development and residential specialisms ideally position Keith to spearhead the delivery of the strategic growth and planned expansion of United House.

Andrew Mickleburgh

Managing Director - United House Solutions

Following his success as a senior banker, Andrew has responsibility for all Group funding and joint ventures and chairs our Partners PFI consortia. Andrew is a highly creative and experienced financier and has extensive knowledge of property, regeneration and PFI. His reputation in the City and with Central and Local Government significantly strengthens our abilities to finance a wide range of projects.

Nick Stonley

Managing Director - United House Developments

Nick started his career at Wimpey Homes, he rose to the level of Land Manager before moving on to Heron Homes and then Railto Homes, and in 1995 joined the Berkeley Group as Land Director for Berkeley Homes Essex. Nick became Managing Director of that region, and 12 years later was Managing Director of both the City and East London, and South London divisions. Nick's final position within the Berkeley Group was Managing Director of Berkeley Homes Kent.

Kevin Duggan

Group Commercial Director

Kevin is a qualified accountant who worked for light and heavy engineering multi-nationals in his early career before joining United House. Kevin has been Group Commercial Director since 2006 and is responsible for monitoring financial performance and the development of IT for the group. He is also heavily involved in strategic decision making processes.

Elaine Driver

Company Solicitor

Elaine qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and practiced in the City as a property development and planning specialist before joining United House 2002. As Head of the Legal Department, Elaine is responsible for all the Group’s legal matters and is also the Group's Company Secretary.
