WHISCERS was the Bronze Trophy winner at the International Green Awards in the WWF Green Game Changer Initiative category.
United House won the Building Fabric Innovation of the Year Award at the Retro Expo awards 2012 for WHISCERS™, our revolutionary patented process for retrofitting internal wall insulation (IWI) in hard-to-treat properties.
Winner of the Sustainable Larger Housing Retrofit Project of the Year category jointly with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) for the Climate Change Adaption Retrofit of two tower blocks in Barking.
At the 2012 What House? awards, United House won:
Best Starter Home for The Fold, silver award
Best Exterior Design for Clapham One, silver award.
The New London Awards celebrate the best schemes in the capital.
Clapham One beat off stiff competition to win top prize in the 'Culture and Community' category, while Arundel Square achieved top spot in the 'Public Spaces' category.
Two Bronze awards for Central St Giles and Four Courts Low-Carbon Refurbishment Project.
Homebuilder of the Year Award at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards, as well as Housing Project of the Year for City North and Apartment Building of the Year for Clapham One
At the 2011 ‘What House? Awards', United House won the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year accolade and in addition to this won awards in five other categories:
Medium Housebuilder of the Year, Gold Award
Arundel Square - Best Landscape Design, Gold Award
Arundel Square - Best Exterior Design, Gold Award
Central St Giles - Best Apartment Scheme, Silver Award
Beavers Lane - Best Partnership, Bronze Award
United House was named as winners of the Sustainability Innovation Award in partnership with the Sustainable Energy Academy (SEA), Camden Council and Parity Projects for its innovative WHISCERS™ (Whole House In Situ Carbon and Energy Reduction Solution) process.
Our Frobisher Crescent development at The Barbican has won the Building Excellence Award of the London District Surveyors Association. The scheme was awarded for the 'Best Domestic Conversion' in the City of London. Seeing off stiff competition from two other projects, Frobisher Crescent received the award in recognition of its high standards of construction and workmanship.

4 Star Status for Best Development in London (Queensbridge Quarter) and Best Apartment in London (Wenlock Building).
